Jean Gibowski, CVPM
Jean joined the Brighton Team in September 2014, as Practice Manager. Originally from Wisconsin, she moved to Lexington in 1993 and graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2000. Her responsibilities could be described as, “anything, everything, and all of the above!” Jean brings with her a cheerful, go-get-er attitude, boundless energy, and a love of solving puzzles. Above all, she enjoys meeting the wonderful people and pets she encounters daily, at BAC. In her free time, she runs “Camp Jean” – a foster-based canine rescue – and enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling. Jean shares her home with her human family and three dogs, four cats, a pot-bellied pig, and assorted foster dogs. We are so proud that Jean attained the elite status of "CVPM" - Certified Veterinary Practice Manager - in 2019.
Harvey joined our Brighton family in September 2017, during Hurricane Harvey. Harvey is the manager and distributor of feline affection, and has assumed responsibility for the mental well-being of his office pride. He will often interrupt the doctors' charting when he deems the activity too strenuous, and will generously redirect them to the more therapeutic duty of providing head scratches and tummy rubs. His other titles include "King of the Corner Office," Overseer of All Things," "Morning Hallway and Room Patrol," "Executive Floss-er of the Plants- Real and Fake," "Keeper of Doctor Charts and Notes," and "Official Paperweight and Keyboard Manager."
Update - In 2019, Harvey found his "furever" home with technician assistant, Courtney!
